Vastavalt kehtivale seadusele on eluruumide hooldusteenused praegu käibemaksuvabad, ent olukord muutub peagi, teatas Tallinna linnavalitsuse häälekandja ajaleht Pealinn.
Haldusfirma OÜ Olemar haldusjuhi Tarmo Putke sõnul on Tallinnas suur hulk ettevõtetelt hooldust ostvaid korteriühistuid ja ühisusi. “Keskmiselt 50- ruutmeetrine korter maksab praegu teenuste eest 250-300 krooni kuus,” seletas Putk.
“Kuumakse tõuseks nüüd aga 295-354 kroonini. Esialgu võib tunduda, et seda ei olegi nii palju, kuid vaadates ka teiste eluasemekulude, nagu küte, vesi ja elekter hinnatõuse, on rahaline kaotus märgatav.”
Aga pöördu Pärnu EKÜL poole.Ehk nad oskavad teile soovitada. Seal väga tore juhtus

Tean Kü-si, kes ostavad teenust haldusfirmalt ja neil endil puudub pangakonto, kõik koos ühel firma poolt avatud kontol, no mis kontrollist siin saab rääkida. Ei soovita võtta haldusfirmalt heakorra teenust, see on nii kallis, et hakka või ise selle raha eest tegema. Olen ise võtnud hinnapakkumisi ja firmad on tulnud ise pakkuma. No on selliseid, et õue kassid lagistavad kah naerda, näit. vanades nõuka aja trepikodades põrandate süvapesu ja vahatamine jne. Nad arvavad, et kolmel hommikul mõne tunni eest peab majahoidja saama miinimumpalka, + muud firmale makstavad tulud. Kõige kurioossem oli: sisekoristus kaks korda nädalas 13 000 kuus (neli korrust, kolm trepikoda, trepikoja põrandapind 22 m2 + trepid). Soovitan heakorraga ise hakkama saada (panin kuulutuse ja järjekord oli ukse taga) ja haldus/hooldus võtta mõnelt haldusfirmalt eeldusel, et majas on keegi, kes kõigel hoiab silma peal, teeb pangaülekandeid ja kontrollib firma poolt esitatavaid arveid.
