Kui keegi jääb võlgu, algatate maksekäsu kiirmenetluse ja see muutub tema vastulause tõttu hagimenetluseks, siis tuleb see hetk, kui ühistu peab esitama tarnijate arved ja nende alusel arvete koostamise dokumendid kohtule.

Meie maja parasiit väidetavalt ei saa aru mille eest ta maksma peaks. Tegu on põhimõttelise kiusupunniga. Ometi on tal arvel ilusti äramärgitud kulujaotus (m2 põhine, vesi mõõdiku alusel) Mida vaene raamatupidaja peaks tegema?
