Kas käsunduslepingule ei rakendu sotsiaalmaksu miinimummäär 117€ ning maksuvaba tulu 154€?
Maksuvaba tuluosa võib arvestada kõigil, kes on kirjalikult sellekohase avalduse teinud. 2106. aastal on maksuvaba tulu 170 eurot kuu kohta. Võlaõigusliku lepingu puhul makstakse sotsiaalmaks brutosummalt, mitte rohkem, nii on seaduste järgi kogu aeg olnud. Järgmisest aastast ei ole TÖR-is enam sellist võimalustki, et seal märkida võlaõigusliku lepinguga isiku kohta, et ta pealt arvestatakse sotsiaalmaksu vähemalt miinimumi piires. Ravikindlustust vaadakse selle järgi, kas reaalsel kuul on TSD-l deklareeritud minimaalsest kohustuslikust sotsiaalmaksu arvestamise alussummast rohkem või vähem.
Nii et täpselt niipalju kui VÕS lepinguga teenid, sellelt summalt lähevad ka maksud.
