Ummistunud radiaatorit ei ole võimalik praegu korda teha, kuna puuduvad kraanid millest saaks püstaku küttevee kinni keerata.
Ma küll ise pole kokku puutunud,kuid osad firmad kasutavad külmutamist,ehk kohas kus pole võimalik vett kinni keerata külmutatakse vesi torus ära ja tehakse asi ära. Minu arust tasub see asi uurimist ja radikas vahetamist.

Antud juhul on allahindlus juba hüvitus, nagu eelmine kasutaja kirjutas.

Radiaatori vahetusele kuluvaks ajaks on küte võimalik kinni keerata kogu majas, selle ajaga ei jahtu tegelikult korterid veel ära.
Aga ilmselt pole mõtet seda ühte radiaatorit vahetama hakata, ilmselt tuleb teil kiiremas korras kogu süsteemi uuendamine teha.
