Kas kõik tähtajalised töölepingud näevad siis ette puhkust ja puhkusetasu hüvitamist. Või oleks saanud töölepingu ka nii vormistada, et puhkusetasu ei oleks pidanud maksma?
Jah, igasuguste töölepingute puhul peab arvestama nende lõpetamisel ka puhkusehüvitist, enamasti 2,33 päeva eest töötatud kuu kohta (28 päeva aastas).
Vormistage koristajatega käsundusleping - see on võlaõiguslik leping, pole ei puhkusetasusid ega muud töölepingu seadusega seotud toiminguid vaja teha (tööajaarvestus, puhkusearvestus, igasugused ohutusjuhendid).

Jah saab aga mitte maksuametist vaid Sotsiaalkindlustusametist.

Kas tõesti TLS see punkt kehtib ka kolmekuulise tähtajalise lepingu korral.

§ 71. Kasutamata puhkuse hüvitamine
Töölepingu lõppemisel on tööandja kohustatud hüvitama töötajale kasutamata jäänud aegumata põhipuhkuse rahas.
