On võib olla veel näiteid praktikast, kui palju arvestatakse läbijooksvate küttetorude eest soojakoefitsenti??
Me kavatseme ka ühe korteri puhul teema üles võtta (üks korter ongi selline), seal omanik arvab, et tal on odav elada oma elektrikütte peal. Kuigi ta ostis selle elamise juba sellisena.

Kas juhatus üldse saab seda küttesüsteemi ümberehitamist sedamoodi kergel käel ja omal nö. vastutusel mõnes korteris lubada?

Kas pole mitte nii, et küttesüsteem (sarnaselt maja keldri ja/või pööninguga) on õiguslikus mõttes kaasomand, ja kui tõesti on nii, siis selle kaasomandi olulisel määral ümber tegemiseks peab olemas olema KÕIGI kaasaomandi osaliste (so ühistu puhul - kõigi korteriomanike) üksmeelne nõusolek?
